Your privacy matters. Counselling conversations and records are treated as confidential, with legal and ethical limits.
Limits to confidentiality
- If there is a serious and immediate risk of harm to you or others
- Where abuse of a child is suspected or required to be reported
- If records are subpoenaed by a court
Telehealth
For telehealth sessions, please choose a private space and a secure connection. Sessions are not recorded without explicit consent.
NDIS
For NDIS participants, information may be shared with your consent with plan managers/support coordinators to support your goals.
